This website contains all of the information you'll need to get evaluate our 2by2 Solutions software package but in summary here is a list of some of the features we include in our software.

Your Businesses Website Features (Keep your look and feel without sending your client to another website to enter their information)

  • Check Service Area - a potential client can quickly check to see if you business covers their area
  • Photo Gallery - When clients add photos of their pets to your system, they have the ability to give you permission to show their animals photo in your very own Online Photo Gallery.
  • Rates Page - Your clients have access to your rates page anytime they need to. Once you change your rates or add new offers i.e., adding Extended Visit rate, your page will automatically reflect the change you made to your Rates section of your business without having to modify any web pages directly.
  • New Client Registration - After checking your service area page and your rates page, your clients will have the ability to signup with your business. The system will send a confirmation email to the new clients email address to confirm the desire to register. Once they have confirmed their desire to register, they're able to input all information concerning their homes and their animals. After the information is completed, or even before, the user will be prompted to schedule a Meet & Greet with your company to allow you to meet their animals and get a feel for what they're expecting from you. In addition, this is the time you'll get your legal documents signed. If the client knows when they're going to need service this is a great time for you to walk them through setting up a Service Request - One on One Service Request class is a great way to get questions out of the way and give your business a more personal touch.
  • Testimonials Page - You're able to display testimonials you're clients write on your behalf through the system. Get the good word out there for all to see.

Client Section

  • Home Section - this section allows the clients to enter in information about their home that you'll possibly need during your visits. For example, they are able to let you know where certain items are kept i.e., vacuum cleaners, cleanings supplies, trash day, recycle bin day, desired payment method including the abilty to pay via PayPal....etc
  • Animal Section - the client will input all information for each animal they'll need care for. This includes, rabies dates, feeding schedule, crated information, microchip information, descriptions of feeding, medical, basic animal information. Plus many many more options, this information is printed on the Service Request so it's readily available to your employee.
  • Service Request - your clients will be able to use either the Single Service Request option or the Multiple Service Request option when setting up their Service Requests. The systems enables your clients to enter in possible dates for future visits but not submitting them until their plans have been confirmed. Once they have submitted a Service Request your employees will be notified of a new Service Request and be able to review and confirm the request. Once the request has been confirmed, the client will receive an email indicating the status of the Confirmed Service Request. The client will be directed back to the Service Request page in order to print it off and leave a copy before they leave.
  • Online Help - Live help is available provided the business has purchased the option to provide that Service.
  • Todays News - Allow your clients to get News Information from your business via this popup feature included with the system. You can use this feature to offer Coupons or just give general information you interested in letting your clients know about. Your client will always see this popup window once you, the business, adds a new article or information to the News feed but after that, the client has the option of no longer displaying the popup window until new News is entered by an employee of your business.
  • Documentation - There is a section for Documentation that the business can upload that the client may need. This includes the ability to upload your legal document and your Vet release document plus others as well.

Employee Section

  • Employee Access - you have the ability as the business owner to manage which employee has access to which part of the system. The employees can have either Limited or Complete access. The complete access gives the employee access to additional system functions plus your built in Cash basis accounting system.
  • Manage Service Requests - The employees will have access to see new Service Requests and the ability to confirm them.
  • Manage Employees - change an employees information i.e., access level, pay rate, miles willing to travel from home...etc
  • Manage Clients - your employees will have access to manage your clients information. This is used during the Meet & Greet session plus anytime the client has problems with your system - you the employee can make appropriate changes to give that added Customer Service aspect to your business.
  • Todays News - you have the ability to add News articles that will be seen by any client who logs into the system. You can use this section to offer Coupons for early bird Service Request submissions. You can also use this section to just inform clients of things that are occurring or possibly show a video of a client visit when their pet does something cute that you think people will enjoy seeing.
  • Manage business info - you'll have access, depending on your access level, to add new Coupons to the system, add new Holiday information, plus other related information concerning the business.
